Sunday Morning Sunrise at Myrtle Beach

This is what I hope to see outside my bedroom window on Sunday morning....a beautiful sunrise and the beginning of a sunny day!

This is where I will be on Saturday! Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! I will be sitting on the balcony of a condo looking out at the ocean, and doing as little as possible for a week!

Well, I learned a bit about tagging today. I knew the concept before and have seen how they work when I have googled things in the past. The MPPLSID bookmark thing was kind of messed up however. It could only go to the NSLS bookmarking and even Julie didn't know why. But I got the idea. I also signed up for LibraryThing which also hung up for quite a while but finally I got in. So...on we go.

Wiki means quick in Hawaiian

Today I learned about wikis! I knew about Wikipedia and the fact that anyone could post information. Now I know how they can be used as a tool for any person or group. Anything to cut down my email would be an improvement!

It's a Brave New World

Yes, it is a Brave New World! I set up a blog! This is amazing as I am one who needs to be taken by the hand when doing anything "techie". But it really is easy and much less daunting than I thought. Now my only problem will be finding time to keep up with it!! Kind of like my Facebook! ;-)

I checked out Michael Stephens blog. I heard him a couple of weeks ago and he is a great communicator. I enjoyed looking at his videos, especially the ocean video as it reminded me of Myrtle Beach. I want to find out how to put pictures and videos on mine also.
